We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Below are the shipping and delivery details for Janvi Sarees.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  • During sale periods and high-demand seasons, processing may take longer; we will notify you of any delays.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days depending on the destination within India.
  • Remote locations may take longer. Exact delivery estimates are shared at the time of shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and depend on the order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; the terms will be mentioned on the website.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via email/SMS.
  • Use the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please provide accurate shipping address and contact number. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no response, additional redelivery charges may apply.
  • If a package is returned to us due to wrong address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may be required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you informed.
