Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, contact us at info@janvisarees.com with your order ID.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible; please follow the returns procedure below.
Returns & Eligibility
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be: unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized products (e.g., bespoke work or altered sarees) and final-sale / heavily discounted items may not be eligible for returns — such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Process
- Email us at info@janvisarees.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging. Keep the courier tracking information until the refund is complete.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The refund credit timing may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect and the packaging. We will evaluate and provide options for replacement, repair, or refund.
